Actors Goran Visnjic and Elizabeth Mitchell join Donald Sutherland
in the production of CROSSING LINES season three, green-lit for 12
new episodes. The series also ushers in a new, creative team under
Golden Globe® Award-winning, Emmy®-nominated writer and producer,
Frank Spotnitz, who together with Emmy® Award-winning and Golden
Globe® nominated Rola Bauer, are the series executive producers.

New series leads, Visnjic, known for his leading role on ER, and
Mitchell, the Emmy® nominated star of the hit series, Lost, join the
ensemble cast that includes Golden Globe® Award-winner Donald
Sutherland (The Hunger Games, The Pillars of the Earth) and Tom
Wlaschiha (Game of Thrones, Brideshead Revisited). Also returning
for season three is Lara Rossi (Life of Crime, Murder: Joint
Enterprise). Additional new series regulars for season three: Stuart
Martin (Game of Thrones, Babylon), and Naomi Battrick (Waterloo Road,
Some Girls). Co-executive producer is Wendy Battles (Unforgettable,
The Glades). Producing for Film United in Prague is Rick McCallum,
producer of the global blockbuster Star Wars prequels: The Phantom
Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

Crossing Lines season three is produced by TANDEM Productions in
association with Sony Pictures Television Networks (AXN) and SAT.1
(Germany).

Goran Visnjic first came to international attention upon
successfully stepping in for George Clooney, headlining the cast on
the hit series, ER. Most recently, he starred in the TV series,
Extant, as well as the critically acclaimed film sensation, The Girl
with the Dragon Tattoo.

Elizabeth Mitchell's starring role on the series, Lost, which
became a cult favorite, established her appeal with audiences
worldwide. Her breakthrough performance was playing opposite
Angelina Jolie in the HBO telefilm, Gia. Once Upon a Time and
Revolution are among the recent TV series in which she appeared.

Crossing Lines returns for an explosive season three, beginning
six months after the heart-stopping conclusion of Season Two, in
which the cross-border unit's leader, Louis Daniel, was killed.
After one of his top prosecutors vanishes, Dorn (Sutherland) must
reactivate the ICC team. Marco Corazza (Visnjic), Carine Strand
(Mitchell), Luke Wilkinson (Martin) and Ellie Delfont-Bogard
(Battrick) are new ICC team members joining Sebastian Berger
(Wlaschiha) and Arabela Seeger (Rossi). The third season of the
series promises to be its most ambitious, with a new emphasis on
relevant and contemporary cross-border crime, gut-wrenching character
drama, and a reunited team of underdogs struggling to re-establish
their battered identity. Crossing Lines taps into the charter of the
International Criminal Court (ICC), to mandate a special crime unit,
creating an organization functioning as a European FBI, to
investigate serialized crimes that cross over European borders and to
hunt down criminals to bring them to justice. The series was
originally created by Edward Allen Bernero.
