1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Henderson Group Plc, London,
United Kingdom, has informed us that the percentage holding of the voting rights
in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3% on
14.01.2013 and amounts to 1.84% (607,265 voting rights)on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to Henderson Group Plc pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Henderson Global Investors
(holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom, has informed us that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen
below the threshold of 3% on 14.01.2013 and amounts to 1.84% (607,265 voting
rights) on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to Henderson Global Investors
(holdings) Plc pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG Henderson Global Investors
Limited, London, United Kingdom, has informed us that the percentage holding of
the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on 14.01.2013 and amounts to 1.84% (607,265 voting rights) on
that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to Henderson Global Investors
Limited pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
