Company are now listed on the Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin Stock
Exchange under the symbol "1A5" and German Securities Number (WKN) or
"A2ACLV".

Mr. Jackson, CEO of the Company commented: "We feel it is

improve liquidity and diversify our shareholder base. Joining the
