Preliminary financial figures for the first quarter 2013
Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG will announce at the Deutsche Börse Spring
Conference 2013 in Frankfurt the following:
According to the preliminary financial figures, the turnover in the first
three months of the financial year 2013 will amount to around Euro 102
million (previous year: Euro 90.5 million). The part of the kwb
subsidiaries, which were acquired at May 2012, amounts to around Euro 7.3
million.
Earnings before tax will probably reach a profit margin of around 2% -
2.5%.
