In accordance with Section 21 (1) WpHG William Blair & Company, LLC, Chicago,
USA, have informed us that on March 21, 2013 their voting interest in Wincor
Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany exceeded the threshold of 5% and amounts to
5.07% (1,678,813 voting rights) on that day.
All of the above mentioned voting rights are attributable to William Blair &
Company, LLC in accordance with Section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, number 6,
WpHG.
