1. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock, Inc., New York,
U.S.A have informed us on March 22, 2013 that the percentage holding of the
voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the
threshold of 3% on 20.03.2013 and amounts to 2.96% (977,582 voting shares) on
that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

2. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc., New York, U.S.A have informed us on March 22, 2013, that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 20.03.2013 and amounts to 2.96%
(977,582 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Financial Management,
Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

3. In accordance with Section 21 Paragraph 1 WpHG BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.,
Wilmington, Delaware, U.S.A have informed us on March 22, 2013 that the
percentage holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn,
Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3% on 20.03.2013 and amounts to 2.96%
(977,582 voting shares) on that day.
All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant
to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
