of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has exceeded the
threshold of 3% on December 14, 2012 and amounted to 3.04% (359,362 voting
rights) as at this date.

Of these voting rights, 3.04% (359,362 voting rights) are attributed to
Macquarie Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Macquarie Group Limited and whose holdings of voting rights
amounts to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.

Wales, Australia, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has
exceeded the threshold of 3% on December 14, 2012 and amounted to 3.04% (359,362
voting rights) as at this date.
