published its Amended Annual Report on Form 10-K/A for the year ended
December 31, 2011 to its website (www.weatherford.com). The document
may be accessed under the Investor Relations menu at the heading
Restated Financial Statements. Weatherford plans to file this
document with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC")
shortly after the SEC filing system opens at 12:00 Swiss time (6:00
