GENEVA, Sept. 5, 2012 -- Weatherford International Ltd. (NYSE /
Euronext Paris / SIX: WFT) today informs its shareholders that a Form
8-K has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
("SEC"). The Form 8-K notes that an investor presentation is being
posted to its website and comments, "Due to excessive rains in Canada
during the current quarter, we currently expect the rate of growth in
our third quarter North American revenues and margins to be lower
than our prior expectations. Canada is a large market for
Weatherford."
