Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, and via AIG Century GmbH &
Co. KGaA, Frankfurt/Main, Germany. 4,883 of the aforementioned 3,221,522 voting
rights in our company (app. 0.12 per cent) are held directly by us, AIRE GmbH &
Co. KGaA, a subsidiary of AIG Century GmbH & Co. KGaA pursuant to sec. 22 para.
3 WpHG, as treasury shares.
