Further expansion of the European network:
Goldbach Group grows in the Adriatic region

Kusnacht-Zurich, May 29th, 2012. Through cooperation with the Pristop
Group, the largest advertising company in Slovenia and one of the
leading players in Southeastern Europe, the Goldbach Group is further
expanding its European network for interactive communications and
marketing solutions, social media and search marketing. The takeover
of Renderspace, the market-leading digital agency and Pristop
subsidiary, makes Goldbach Audience, after Goldbach Interactive, one
of the leading market partners in the Adriatic Region. In the future,
the Goldbach Group will hold a 51% stake in the share capital of
Goldbach Adriatic, while Pristop will hold 49%.

Two of the Goldbach Group's business lines, Goldbach Audience and
Goldbach Interactive, are now active in Southern European region as
Goldbach Adriatic. "Here too the online and mobile channels are
growing increasingly important and there is great demand for
integrated online marketing, particularly in the tourism sector,"
according to Bramwell Kaltenrieder, Chief Strategy Officer at
Goldbach Interactive, who is jointly in charge of the expansion.

Goldbach Adriatic offers the complete range of Goldbach Interactive
and Audience services for the conception and execution of online
campaigns, social media, search machine marketing, mobile solutions,
websites and e-commerce solutions. "This comprehensive service and
technology range enhances direct access to advertising clients,"
Klaus Kappeler, CEO Goldbach Group explains, "and it enables us to
further extend the Goldbach Group's value creation chain."

All 37 Renderspace staff members will continue to be employed at the
company's Ljubljana office in Slovenia. Goldbach will profit from a
know-how transfer in the field of marketing intelligence, a
Renderspace speciality. Goldbach Interactive's unique combination of
skills, consisting of creation, online media and technology, enables
Renderspace to upgrade its range of services with performance
marketing.
