AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE) approved at today´s Annual General
Meeting in Zurich all proposals of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Yacov Geva, Urs Wettstein, Gregory Henry Volkart, Dr. Abraham
Sartani and Jürg Stahl were re-elected as members of the Board of
Directors for a one-year term of office.
