einer am 18. Juli 2009 erhaltenen Mitteilung Patrick
Schildknecht von Uitikon-Waldegg (Kontakt: Patrick Schildknecht, c/o
SK Holding, Im Ruostel 24, 8844 Euthal, +41(0)79 454 67 71) direkt
via SK Holding AG, Im Ruostel 24, CH-8844 Euthal, seit einem am 16.
Juli 2009 erfolgten Kauf mit 652'610 neu 5.1% der Stimmrechte an
der LifeWatch AG besitzt. Patrick Schildknecht trifft als
Verwaltungsratspräsident der SK Holding AG die Anlageentscheide.
