TOM TAILOR Holding AG generates proceeds of approximately EUR 29.5 million
from successful issue of capital increase

Hamburg, 24 October 2013: TOM TAILOR Holding AG (ISIN DE000A0STST2) has
today issued 1,818,098 new no-par-value registered shares as part of the
capital increase against cash contributions which was decided on 23 October
2013. The new shares were issued to institutional investors in a private
placement as part of an accelerated bookbuilding at an issue price of EUR
16.25 per share.

The 1,818,098 new registered shares were issued as part of a capital
increase from authorised capital. The capital increase is expected to be
entered into the German commercial register on 25 October 2013. The capital
increase will raise the Company's share capital from EUR 24,209,035.00 to
EUR 26,027,133.00. Shareholder subscription rights were excluded in the
process. The new shares are eligible for dividends from 1 January 2013.

The new shares are expected to be permitted for trading without a
prospectus on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 25
October 2013 and to be included in the Prime Standard segment - as well as
for trading on the regulated market of the Hamburg Stock Exchange. They
will presumably to be included in the current listing on 28 October 2013.
Through the capital increase, and subject to the registration of the
capital increase in the German commercial register, the Company receives
gross proceeds of approximately EUR 29.5 million. TOM TAILOR Holding AG
intends to use the proceeds generated from the capital increase to
consolidate its equity ratio, lower its debt-equity ratio and acquire
shares in its subsidiaries.

TOM TAILOR Holding AG generated Group sales of EUR 656.0 million in the
first nine months of 2013 (previous year: EUR 398.5 million), as well as
recurring EBITDA of EUR 47.2 million (previous year: EUR 30.9 million).

COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft is acting as Sole Global Coordinator and
Sole Bookrunner in the capital increase
