Business development in 2013
Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:
In the context of the general annual meeting on 21 June 2013, Einhell
Germany AG will announce that the turnover for the period January to May
2013 has reached about 176 million Euro (previous year 174 million Euro)
Earnings before tax will probably reach a profit margin of around 2 - 3%.
The turnover will be expected slightly above the previous year's level per
30 June 2013.
The estimated turnover including Ozito Industries Pty Ltd will be about 420
- 430 million Euro per end of the year 2013.
