Winnweiler/Langmeil, Germany, 10 June, 2013. Dr. Thomas Hoch, Chairman of
the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Ulrich Putsch, member of the Supervisory
Board, have resigned from the MOBOTIX AG Supervisory Board (ISIN:
DE0005218309).

Substitute members Ms. Sabine Hinkel, Höringen, and Mr. Willi A.
Fallot-Burghardt, Kaiserslautern, both elected at the Annual General
Meeting on 21 October 2011, have taken their places on the Supervisory
Board.

Ms. Sabine Hinkel is a management expert and co-founder of MOBOTIX AG. She
has played an active role in the successful development of MOBOTIX AG over
the past years. She has been responsible for the departments Finance and
Sales for years as well as subsequently for the HR and Organization
departments.

Mr. Fallot-Burghardt is a successful businessman in Kaiserslautern. He is
executive partner of Fallot Versicherungsmakler GmbH and the PRE Group,
which initiated and implemented one of the most successful conversion
projects in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in recent years.

Professor Dr. Rainer Gerten, member of the MOBOTIX AG Supervisory Board
since 4 October 2000, was elected new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
with immediate effect at today's meeting and Ms. Sabine Hinkel was elected
as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
