Veröffentlichung gem. § 26 Abs. 1 WpHG
Der Cambridge Canadian Growth Companies Fund, Toronto, Canada hat uns nach
§ 21 Abs. 1 WpHG mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der ISRA VISION
AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland am 09. April 2013 die Schwelle von 3%
überschritten hat und zu diesem Tag 3,33% (145.962 Stimmrechte) beträgt.
Davon sind der Cambridge Canadian Growth Companies Fund 3,33% (145.962
Stimmrechte) nach § 22 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nr. 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.
