Grand City Properties S.A. announces successful placement of new
shares from capital increase

The Board of Directors of Grand City Properties S.A. fixed the volume
of the announced capital increase at 8,000,000 million new shares and
therefore decided to increase the share capital of the company from
EUR 5,550,000 by EUR 800,000 to EUR 6,350,000 by issuing 8,000,000
new ordinary shares with a per-value of 0,10 each. The 8,000,000 new
shares all were successfully placed by an investment bank with
institutional investors by way of private placement. The issue price
per share was EUR 4.46. The capital increase was oversubscribed.
Grand City Properties S.A. will receive gross proceeds of EUR 35.7
millions. The proceeds of the capital increase will be used for the
financing of new acquisitions of real estate property portfolios as
part of the Company's growth strategy.
