adhoc) - Agennix AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: AGX) today announced
that the Company will publish its financial results for fiscal year
2012 on Thursday, March 28, 2013 followed by a conference call to
discuss the results and to provide a business update.

The conference call, which will be conducted in English, will be also
held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 9 AM ET/2 PM CET.
