3-month report

Konstanz/Germany, 30 Mai 2012 - Sunways AG (SWW:GR, SWWG.DE, ISIN
DE0007332207) intends to publish its annual accounts and consolidated
annual accounts as well as the other documents relating to the annual
financial report for the fiscal year 2011 by mid of July 2012. The
financial report for the first quarter 2012 will be published shortly
after the publication of the annual financial statements. The annual
general meeting of Sunways AG will then be held in mid/late August
2012, observing the time periods prescribed by law.
The dates for the publication of the 2011 annual accounts and the
financial report for the first quarter 2012 as well as for the annual
general meeting were adjusted as a result of the complex overall
situation following the recent capital increase and the acquisition
of a majority stake in Sunways AG by LDK Solar Germany Holding GmbH.
In this context, various matters requiring clarification had arisen
that have not yet been finally settled.
Sunways intends to announce the precise dates shortly.
