announced that components of CodeSourcery's Sourcery G++(TM) for the
ARM(R) architecture have been incorporated into the ACCESS Linux
Platform(TM) Software and Product Development Kit (SDK) and (PDK).
Sourcery G++ is a leading open source software development
environment based on and containing the entire GNU Toolchain. The
incorporation of Sourcery G++ into the ACCESS Linux Platform
development kits assures licensees and third-party developers of a
commercial-quality GNU toolchain yet still retains the transparency
of open-source software. Through its use of the Sourcery G++
compiler, the ACCESS Linux Platform is compliant with the latest ABI
for the ARM(R) Architecture -- enabling broad access to incorporate
third-party ABI- compliant libraries -- and yet does not limit
development with other compliant toolchains.
