surface inspection systems for strip products - announces the change
of the main shareholder.
The main shareholder of Parsytec AG (ISIN DE000A0JQ4J9), Falk Kübler,
has notified the company that he has sold today all his 3,000,213
shares, equal to a percentage of 48.57 in the share capital and the
voting rights in Parsytec AG to ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt (ISIN
DE0005488100). The purchase price amounts to EUR 5.65 per share.
