Munich, 22 March 2007. TOMORROW FOCUS AG (SIN 549532), one of the
leading Internet portal operators in Germany, was able to increase
sales by 22% in the financial year under review to EUR 67.0 million
(previous year: EUR 53.3 million), according to preliminary figures.
In the fourth quarter alone, revenues rose by 53.5% to the EUR 22,1
million mark following EUR 14.4 million during the same period the
previous year.

The main outcome of this positive business development was a
significant increase in profit contributions. Earnings before
interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) increased
during the financial year from EUR 2.4 million to EUR 7.0 million.
Earnings before taxes (EBT) rose to EUR 5.4 million (previous year:
EUR 1.1 million).

In financial year 2006, TOMORROW FOCUS AG generated a net
consolidated income of EUR 4.3 million less all minorities following
a loss of EUR -1.9 million the previous year. Earnings per share
therefore increased to EUR 0.1 (previous year: EUR -0.04) and so over
performed the analyst expectations.
