signed a memorandum of understanding for the Segment Technology
Services with NEILSOFT Ltd., Pune, India for the realignment of the
products CADISON, TRICAD-Original and PIPE-M. Aim of this partnership
is the internationalisation of the whole development- and
distrubution activities of ITandFACTORY, a subsidiary of TRIPLAN AG.

The TRIPLAN expertise in the automotive-segment, covered by TRIPLAN´s
100% subsidiary Venturis, stays as a core business for 100% in the
TRIPLAN corporate group.

NEILSOFT Ltd. is a software and engineering services company with
alltogether approximately 700 employees. The company is based in
Pune, India. More over, NEILSOFT Ltd. has offices in the USA, asia
and europe.

TRIPLAN´s Managing Board sees further added value potentials in the
partnership regarding the expansion of the international engineering
activities.
