Frankfurt am Main (euro adhoc) - Neue Sentimental Film AG has become
Mood and Motion AG as a result of the effective entry of the change
to the articles of incorporation resolved by the General Meeting on
August 21, 2008. The change to the name of the listed holding company
is a result of the merger of the Neue Sentimental Film Group and the
TeleMaz Group which took place during the course of the year. Both of
these well-established brands are to be successfully further
developed under the new name: Mood and Motion AG. This new name
embodies typical themes in the world of film as well as the new
group's international orientation.
Shares of Mood and Motion AG will continue to be listed on the stock
exchanges under German Securities Code (WKN) 53140 (ISIN
DE0005341408) and with the same ticker NF7. Further key milestones in
the integration and reorganization process as part of the TeleMaz
transaction have thus been reached.
