S.A.G. Solarstrom AG arranges bridging loan for 33 MWp Wymeswold
photovoltaic project

Deutsche Bank Group grants £29.5 million

Freiburg i. Br., May 15, 2013. The project company Wymeswold Solar Farm
Ltd., UK, has signed a funding agreement with the Deutsche Bank Group for
interim financing of its 33 MWp photovoltaic system. The funding had been
arranged by S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security identification number:
702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008), Freiburg im Breisgau. The loan, at prevailing
market conditions, runs until April 2014. Payment of the loan is subject to
compliance with customary banking conditions.

S.A.G. Solar UK Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG,
had constructed the 33 MWp Wymeswold system as a general contractor for
Wymeswold Solar Farm Ltd. in Q1 2013 and connected it to grid on schedule
before March 31, 2013.

Hazel Capital Solar 2 LLP, owner of Wymeswold Solar Farm Ltd., will sell
the photovoltaic system together with S.A.G. Solar UK Ltd. Talks are
currently being held together with potential investors for this purpose.
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG will participate significantly in the sales profit as
part of a financial agreement. The anticipated sales price is in the
mid-double-digit million range.
