St Helier Jersey / Channel Islands (euro adhoc) - Atrium European
Real Estate Limited (the "Company")
Intention to hold AGM
Jersey, 7 May 2013. Atrium European Real Estate (VSE/Euronext: ATRS),
a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real estate and
shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, announces today that
it will hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") on Thursday 23 May
2013 at 10.45 a.m. (Jersey time) at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Rue De
L'etau, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3WF.
At this AGM the Company will seek approval from its Shareholders on
the following matters:
1. receiving the Annual Accounts;
2. the re-appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited as auditors of the
Company;
3. authorising the Directors to agree the auditors' remuneration;
4. adopting a New Employee Share Option Plan;
5. amending section 44.4.2 letter (i) of the articles of association of
the Company;
6. renewing the Company's authority to acquire Shares on the market; and
7. conferring a limited authority on the Directors to issue Shares and/or
securities convertible into Shares.
A circular providing further details of the proposed resolutions and
the AGM and supporting documentation has been published and is
available on the Company's website (www.aere.com).
