On 28 February 2013, the companies named below notified P&I Personal &
Informatik AG as follows pursuant to Secs. 21 Para. 1, 22 of the German
Securities Trading Act [Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG] with regard to their
respective shareholdings:
The revocations of voting rights notifications herebelow are to correct the
respective voting rights notifications of 23 June 2009 (published on 26 June
2009) including the correction notification of 3 August 2009 (published on 4
August 2009) pertaining to it, and the respective voting rights notifications of
17 March 2010 (published on 19 March 2010) and 10 December 2010 (published on 13
December 2010).

1. TCG Holdings Cayman, L.P.
The voting rights notification made by TCG Holdings Cayman, L.P., a company
having its registered office in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, on 23
June 2009, including the correction notification of 3 August 2009 pertaining to
it, and the voting rights notifications made by TCG Holdings Cayman, L.P. on 17
March 2010 and 10 December 2010, each relating to voting rights in P&I Personal
& Informatik Aktiengesellschaft, are hereby revoked. No voting rights in P&I
Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft were or are to be imputed to TCG
Holdings Cayman, L.P.
2. TC Group Cayman, L.P.
The voting rights notification made by TC Group Cayman, L.P., a company having
its registered office in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, on 23 June
2009, including the correction notification of 3 August 2009 pertaining to it,
and the voting rights notifications made by TC Group Cayman, L.P. on 17 March
2010 and 10 December 2010, each relating to voting rights in P&I Personal &
Informatik Aktiengesellschaft, are hereby revoked. No voting rights in P&I
Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft were or are to be imputed to TC Group
Cayman, L.P.
3. CETP II GP (Cayman), Ltd.
The voting rights notification made by CETP II GP (Cayman), Ltd., a company
having its registered office in George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, on 23
June 2009, including the correction notification of 3 August 2009 pertaining to
it, and the voting rights notifications made by CETP II GP (Cayman), Ltd. on 17
March 2010 and 10 December 2010, each relating to voting rights in P&I Personal
& Informatik Aktiengesellschaft, are hereby revoked. No voting rights in P&I
Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft were or are to be imputed to CETP II GP
(Cayman), Ltd.
4. CETP II GP, L.P.
The voting rights notification made by CETP II GP, L.P., a company having its
registered office in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, on 23 June 2009, including the
correction notification of 3 August 2009 pertaining to it, and the voting rights
notifications made by CETP II GP, L.P. on 17 March 2010 and 10 December 2010,
each relating to voting rights in P&I Personal & Informatik Aktiengesellschaft,
are hereby revoked. No voting rights in P&I Personal & Informatik
Aktiengesellschaft were or are to be imputed to CETP II GP, L.P.
