Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

Pursuant to § 21 para. 1 sentence 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG),
Klöckner & Co SE, Am Silberpalais 1, 47057 Duisburg, has been notified as
follows on behalf of the companies respective the individual mentioned below:

1. As per 18 February 2013, the voting rights of Interfer Holding GmbH,
Dortmund, Germany, in Klöckner & Co SE exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 %
and amounted to 7.82 % (7,800,000 voting rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting
rights) as of that date. All such voting rights are held directly by Interfer
Holding GmbH.

2. As per 18 February 2013, the voting rights of KIB
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Dortmund, Germany, in Klöckner & Co SE
exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % and amounted to 7.82 % (7,800,000 voting
rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting rights) as of that date.

All of such voting rights(7,800,000 voting rights of a total of 99,750,000
voting rights) are to be attributed to KIB Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
pursuant § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG via Interfer Holding GmbH.

3. As per 18 February 2013, the voting rights of KIH
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Dortmund, Germany, in Klöckner & Co SE
exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % and amounted to 7.82 % (7,800,000 voting
rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting rights) as of that date.

All of such voting rights (7,800,000 voting rights of a total of 99,750,000
voting rights) are to be attributed to KIH Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
pursuant § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG via Interfer Holding GmbH and KIB
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH.

4. As per 18 February 2013, the voting rights of Dr. Albrecht Knauf, Germany, in
Klöckner & Co SE exceeded the thresholds of 3 % and 5 % and amounted to 7.82 %
(7,800,000 voting rights of a total of 99,750,000 voting rights) as of that
date.

All of such voting rights (7,800,000 voting rights of a total of 99,750,000
voting rights) are to be attributed to Dr. Albrecht Knauf pursuant § 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG via Interfer Holding GmbH, KIB
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH and KIH Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft
mbH.
