Neuhausen am Rheinfall/Switzerland - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss
Exchange: LIFE), the leading provider of wireless telemedicine, will
hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 23,
2013, in Zurich. Agenda items of this extraordinary general meeting
include the partial re-composition of the Board of Directors by the
election of four new members of the Board of Directors and the
demission of three existing Board members as well as the granting of
discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and to the members
of the Executive Board for fiscal year 2011. A detailed invitation
will be issued mid-December 2012.

LifeWatch will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Zurich on
January 23, 2013. On the occasion of this extraordinary general
meeting the two candidates Thomas Rühle and Patrick Schildknecht,
representing a shareholder group, are up for election to the Board of
Directors of LifeWatch AG as well as two other independent
candidates. The hitherto acting members of the Board of Directors
Gregory-Henry Volkart, Dr. Abraham Sartani and Jürg Stahl will step
down from their functions. Furthermore the still pending discharge
for fiscal year 2011 shall be granted to the members of the Board of
Directors and to the members of the Executive Board. The Company will
issue a detailed invitation for this extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders in mid-December 2012.
