Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG (report on first
admission of shares)

1. On November 16, 2012, Mr. Guofeng Yang, Republic of China, has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that his percentage of voting rights in
Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 76.35% (9,009,000 voting
rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile AG's shares were
admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 76.35% (9,009,000 voting rights) are attributed to Mr.
Guofeng Yang pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by Mr. Guofeng Yang and whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3%
each or more in Firstextile AG.

- TECHCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
- Yang GmbH & Co. KG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany
- Yang Verwaltungs GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

2. On November 16, 2012, TECHCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Tortola, British Virgin
Islands, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage
of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to
76.35% (9,009,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which
Firstextile AG's shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime
Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Of these voting rights, 76.35% (9,009,000 voting rights) are attributed to
TECHCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
controlled by TECHCO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and whose holdings of voting rights
amounts to 3% each or more in Firstextile AG.

- Yang Verwaltungs GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany

3. On November 16, 2012, Yang Verwaltungs GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has
notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 76.35%
(9,009,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile
AG's shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

notified us pursuant to section 21 (1a) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, amounted to 76.35%
(9,009,000 voting rights) as of November 9, 2012, the day on which Firstextile
AG's shares were admitted to trading on the regulated market (Prime Standard) of
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
