CompuGroup Medical AG opened its own CGM HEALTH CENTER in Koblenz.
Employees are offered a variety of sports, preventive and health
activities in facility that is 9150 square feet in size. With the
help of intelligent IT for physicians, dentists, hospitals, other
inpatient facilities and many other market participants, the company
does its part to provide the best healthcare worldwide. CGM employees
are now able to directly benefit from that focus on health.

CompuGroup Medical is advertising at the salad bar inside the
company-owned bistro. The company pays a lot of attention to health
and to life-work balance. "Together with our customers, we work daily
on improving people's health. We would also like to measure our
engagement in our own employees' health against this aspiration,"

The CGM HEALTH CENTER was developed together with renowned fitness
experts and scores high with innovative health concepts in the work
environment. For example, the strength training and endurance
equipment is electronically linked to enable the optimized control
and documentation of all training units. The result is safe and
effective training: the employee can review his athletic activities
at any time and can determine his progress together with his trainer
or adapt his personal training plan.

Philipp Gabrian, Manager of the CGM HEALTH CENTER & Feel Good
Manager, mentioned the movement concept as another example: "It is
specifically designed as therapy and for the prevention of
musculoskeletal disorders and may prevent the negative effects of
working primarily while sitting." These disorders should not be
underestimated: nearly 80% of all adults in Germany suffer from back
pain.

And this is what makes the CGM HEALTH CENTER even more special: the
employees are able to use the endurance and strength training
equipment free of charge. In addition, various classes, physical
therapy and massages are offered as well. CGM is continuously
expanding its corporate health management program. The employees are
