EANS-Adhoc: Von Roll Holding AG announces the successful placement of a CHF 150 million straight bond

Au / Wädenswil, 21 September 2012 - Von Roll Holding AG (SIX Swiss
Exchange: ROL) successfully raised long-term capital in an amount of
CHF 150 million by the issuance of a Swiss Franc denominated straight
bond today. The bond has a coupon of 4.0% payable annually and
matures in four years (maturity date 24 October 2016). The net
proceeds will be used for the financing of the ONE Von Roll strategy
and the refinancing of the existing credit facilities of the company.
The settlement date of the bond is expected to be 24 October 2012.
Application will be made for provisional admission to trading of the
bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange as of 22 October 2012. The final
listing of the bond will follow later. The issue was led by Deutsche
Bank AG
