BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York, USA, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 3 July 2012 and amounted to 3.04%
(7,673,810 voting rights) as per that date. All voting rights are attributed
pursuant to section 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.

BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA, has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 3 July 2012 and amounted to 3.04%
(7,673,810 voting rights) as per that date. All voting rights are attributed
pursuant to section 22 (1), sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2
WpHG.
