Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

1. On June 29, 2012, Capiton Value Beteiligungs-GmbH, Berlin, Germany, has
informed us pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that their holding of voting
rights in SYZYGY AG fell below the threshold of 3% on June 27, 2012, and amounts
to 2.54% (326,308 voting rights) on that day.

2. On June 29, 2012, Capiton Value Management AG, Berlin, Germany, has informed
us pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that their holding of voting rights
in SYZYGY AG fell below the threshold of 3% on June 27, 2012, and amounts to
2.54% (326,308 voting rights) on that day.

Pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 2.54% of voting rights
(326,308 voting rights) are attributable to Capiton Value Management AG.

The voting rights are attributed to Capiton Value Management AG via the
following controlled subsidiaries, whose holding of voting rights in SYZYGY AG
is less than 3%:

- Capiton Value Beteiligungs-GmbH

3. On June 29, 2012, Capiton Holding GmbH, Berlin, Germany, has informed us
pursuant to section 21 paragraph 1 WpHG that their holding of voting rights in
SYZYGY AG fell below the threshold of 3% on June 27, 2012, and amounts to 2.54%
(326,308 voting rights) on that day.

Pursuant to section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG, 2.54% of voting rights
(326,308 voting rights) are attributable to Capiton Holding GmbH.

The voting rights are attributed to Capiton Holding GmbH via the following
controlled subsidiaries, whose holding of voting rights in SYZYGY AG is less
than 3%:

- Capiton Value Beteiligungs-GmbH
- Capiton Value Management AG
