Century Casinos announces Dates of First Quarter 2012 Earnings
Release and Conference Call

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado, April 27, 2012 - Century Casinos, Inc.
(NASDAQ Capital Market® and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced
today that the company will release its earnings for the first
quarter 2012 on Friday, May 4, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight
Time ("MDT") (4:00 p.m. Central European Summer Time ("CEST")) .

On Monday, May 7, 2012, Century Casinos will host its Q1
2012 Earnings Conference Call at 10:00 a.m. MDT (6:00 p.m. CEST).
Participants are advised to dial in 15 minutes in advance. US
