OMV Aktiengesellschaft has been informed today by its shareholder
International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) from Abu Dhabi that
it has increased its shareholding in OMV from 20.4% to 24.9% of the
registered capital and now holds 81,490,900 shares.
