POLYTEC Holding AG has been informed, that up to 4,542,364 shares of
POLYTEC Holding AG (this corresponds to approximately 20.3% of the
voting share capital) shall be placed in the course of an accelerated
bookbuilding by Wednesday, June 29, 2011. These shares are currently
held by PT Automotive Consulting GmbH and IHC Holding & Consulting
GmbH. These shares will be offered subject to relevant exceptions
from the requirement of the publication of a prospectus according to
the Austrian Capital Markets Act and similar regulations. Following
the successful placement of these shares the free float of POLYTEC
HOLDING AG would increase to approximately 62 %.

The transaction will be managed by Raiffeisen Centrobank AG and M. M.
Warburg & CO as "Joint Bookrunners" and "Joint Lead Managers".
