Provisional net sales figures for the year 2010:
Goldbach Group: Net sales growth both in offline and online

CHF 328 million in net sales - 7% net sales growth, 8% adjusted for
currency effects - growth in both online and offline sectors -
international business net sales portion at 21%

Kusnacht, January 18, 2011. The Goldbach Group, the leading
advertising marketer for private electronic, interactive and mobile
media in Switzerland, generated 7% in organic net sales growth in the
2010 business year with its international businesses in Germany,
Austria, the Adriatic region and Eastern Europe. The basis of the
provisional financial statement is comprised of CHF 328 million in
net sales (prior year CHF 306 million). Once adjusted for negative
currency effects, particularly the Euro, Zloty and Romanian Leu, the
increase in net sales amounts to 8%. The share of total net sales
generated in the offline sector was 64% (prior year 63%), while 36%
of the total net sales generated from the online sector (prior year
37%). The portion of international business in the total net sales
was 21% (prior year 20%).

The offline sector for the marketing of advertising time on private
radio and television, with a primary focus on Switzerland, grew by
8%. In the online sector, which was influenced by efforts to improve
the margin, there was a 5% growth in net sales.

The Romanian print sector, which has not been part of the core
business since the 2008 business year, generated CHF 7 million in net
sales in 2010 (prior year CHF 12 million). Including the print
business, total net sales for the Group amounted to CHF 335 million
(prior year CHF 318 million).

published on March 3, 2011.
