that its portfolio company Hollywood Entertainment Exchange Plc
("HEE") shares have from 25 July 2007 been accepted for listing and
trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange Open Market Segment under the
trading symbol "HOR".

Swiss Hawk AG holds 8,000,000 shares which represents a 40%
shareholding in HEE. HEE is represented in the Frankfurt market by
