carrying one voting nght), whereby 6.41% of the aforementioned voting
rights, which are directly held by Morgan Stanley & Co. International
p1c, London have to be attributed to each of the entities mentioned
above under (i) to (v) pursuant Section 22 para. I Nr. I of the

of the entities set forth under (i) to (v) above occurs through each
