CA Immobilien Anlagen AG announces that its subsidiary CA Immo
International published the prospectus relating to its initial public
offering today. The offering period for shares of CA Immo
International AG will begin on October 9 and is expected to end on
October 23, 2006. The shares are offered in a price range from
EUR12.60 to EUR14.30 per share. The offering comprises an aggregate
number of up to 21.3 million shares. The details of the initial
public offering will be announced on Monday, October 9, 2006.
