notified us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that the amount of its voting
rights in United Internet AG, Montabaur, has exceeded the threshold of 30 % on
December 21, 2009 following an event changing the breakdown of voting rights
and amounted as of that day to 31.00 % (74.400.000 voting rights). Thereof 1.67
% of the voting rights (4.000.000 voting rights) are attributed to Ralph
Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH, Montabaur, Germany has notified us pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that the amount of its voting rights in United
Internet AG, Montabaur, has exceeded the threshold of 30 % on December 21, 2009
following an event changing the breakdown of voting rights and amounted as of
that day to 31.00 % (74.400.000 voting rights). Thereof 31.00 % (74.400.000
voting rights) are attributed to Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. The voting rights attributed to Ralph
Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH are held by the following undertaking which is
controlled by Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH and whose amount of the voting
rights in United Internet AG was 3 % or more:
