(Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EUI1 and Euronext Amsterdam: ECT)
announces the results of its 2009 Annual General Meeting held
yesterday, 15 June 2009. All resolutions tabled before the meeting
in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting circulated to
shareholders on 13 May 2009 were carried. A copy of this Notice is
