The General Meeting of Jungfraubahn Holding AG held on 25 May 2009
resolved a subscription rights programme. A subscription right will
be issued as per 29 May 2009 for each registered share with a nominal
value of CHF 2 of Jungfraubahn Holding AG (JFN, 1.787.578 - ISIN
CH0017875789). With 25 subscription rights a further share can be
purchased from the company´s own stock at a preferential price of CHF
20. The subscription rights may be sold to Jungfraubahn Holding AG.
It is possible to acquire subscription rights in order to round up to
the next figure divisible by 25 without remainder. There is no trade
in subscription rights.

The price of this subscription right was fixed today at CHF 0.78
based on the volume-weighted average price on the SIX of the last 30
trading days. The fixed price corresponds with the net remuneration
(65 % of the monetary value). The withholding tax will be paid by
Jungfraubahn Holding AG and may be reclaimed by the shareholder on
the occasion of the declaration of the subscription right. The value
to be indicated by the shareholder in the declaration is CHF 1.20
(gross remuneration).

The subscription period runs from 2 June 2009 until 25 June 2009,
1200 o´clock (noon). The shareholders will be informed by the deposit
banks (and the shareholders who keep their shares in their own
possession by the company) about the details of the settlement.
Moreover, they have received more specific information in a brochure
together with the invitation to the General Meeting. This information
is also available in the Internet under
