1. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA informed us
pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 13 March 2009 the
voting rights of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York, USA in
Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has fallen below the threshold
of 3 percent and amounted to 0.92 percent (195,237 shares) in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.
2. Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust Company, Delaware, USA
informed us pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 13
March 2009 the voting rights of Morgan Stanley, The Corporation Trust
Company, Delaware, USA in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has
fallen below the threshold of 3 percent and amounted to 0.92 percent
(195,237 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 of the WpHG from Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated.
