Am 20. August 2008 erhielten wir die folgende Korrekturmitteilung:

This notification is a correction concerning the chain of controlled
undertakings of the initial notifications sent on 16th May 2007 and
19th June 2007, all corrected on 21st June 2007.

On behalf of the above mentioned entities, we hereby notify you of
the following:

1. On behalf of Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited, London, UK we
announce pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 14th May
2007 Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited has exceeded the thresholds of
3% and 5% of the voting rights and at this date amounted to 5.71%
(500,000 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. The attribution of the voting rights to Bear Stearns UK
Holdings Limited is according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
The chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights
are held is:

Furthermore, on behalf of Bear Stearns UK Holdings Limited, London,

of 10% of the voting rights and at this date amounted to 14.96%
(1,962,879 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. The attribution of the voting rights to Bear Stearns UK
Holdings Limited is according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
