On Thursday, Jungfraubahn Holding AG published its 2007 annual
report. The Jungfrau Railways Group, Switzerland´s highest-revenue
railway company, announced its key figures for the previous year on
19 March 2008. It was able to end 2007 with the best-ever annual
profit in company history. At CHF 21.5 million, the 2007 annual
profit is CHF 2.4 million above the 2006 figure.

The annual report now published has been sent to shareholders
together with the invitation to the AGM on 19 May 2008 and also
published on Internet.

From the invitation to the AGM, it is apparent that as well as the
already announced dividend increase, the executive board of
Jungfraubahn Holding AG will also propose to the meeting a statute
amendment.

Jungfraubahn Holding AG statutes stipulate a minimum of seven
executive board members. Thus the resignation of executive board
member Ron Langley would necessitate the election of a replacement.
However, all key competences of the body are covered by the remaining
executive board members. The executive board considers this the
appropriate moment to amend the statutes and so introduce a more
flexible regulation.

Art. 17 has to date stated: "The executive board shall consist of a
minimum of seven members… ". The amended version will state: "The
executive board shall consist of five to nine members, who will be
elected by the AGM for a three-year term of office…".
