Bad Soden, March 28th, 2008 - TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 000 7499303)
closes the business year 2007 extraordinary successful. The
engineering service provider improved its revenues by four million
euro to 44 million euro compared with the previous-year-period. Also,
TRIPLAN improved the profitability and generates an EBIT-plus of 71
percent to 2,673 TEUR (previous year: 1,562 TEUR) and scheduled an
increase of the net income just under 60 percent to 2,042 TEUR
(previous year: 1,282 TEUR). This accords to an earnings per share of
0.21 EUR after 0.15 EUR (diluted: 0.14 EUR) in 2006. The cash
equivalents are in the amount of 5,537 TEUR as at December 31, 2007
after 4,045 TEUR as at December 31, 2006. The equity-ratio of TRIPLAN
is 60 percent as at date of balance (previous year: 52 percent).

The increase in revenues and profitability refers to the
international expansion of the project business and to the structural
changes in 2007. TRIPLAN structured the core business segment
engineering in branch centers. This structure leads to an increase of
efficiency at group level and strengthens TRIPLANs flexibility at
customer side. This close to market orientation benefits the
acceptance of projects of international concerns. The very
comfortable financial position and the standing of TRIPLAN in the
engineering industry strengthens the competitive position and the
sustainable development of the TRIPLAN group in the international
environment.

The Management Board expects revenues of 42.3 million EUR and an EBIT
of 2.6 million EUR for the business year 2008. The sales target 2008
does not include special items caused by project settlements or M&A
transactions. The strategy of the Management Board is targeted to a
sustainable development of the earnings.
