Sanford G. Henry joins Fortune's Board of Directors

Zug/Switzerland, January 4 2008 - FORTUNE Management Inc. (General
Standard, ISIN USU026281027; SIN: A0BLYY) informs that Mr. Sanford G.
Henry has joined its Board of Directors as a member.

Sanford G. Henry (64) lives in London and has been involved in
Private Equity, Corporate Finance and International Fund investments
for over thirty years in Europe, United States, Middle East, Africa
and the Far East. He is a Member of the Securities & Investment
Institute (SII) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA), both
London. Currently, he is a Director of Asset Solutions and Medical
Ventures, a partner in Dr. Schwarz-Schilling & Partners, the
consulting company of the former German Post-Minister Dr. Christian
Schwarz- Schilling, a senior advisor to Allegro Capital, Russia and
Ukraine Partners, Bosphorus International and to various Fund
Managers.

Previously, he was a founder and Managing Director of various Private
Equity Funds, such as The Lazard Medical Fund and two emerging market
funds, one for the US Government in Hungary and for Lazard (Poland).
Before that, he had a distinguished career in large corporations like
U.S. Leasing, Ford Motor Company, Groupe Express and Holiday Inns
International. He has been an advisor to the US Government, the
Imperial College and is a member of the Royal Institute of
International Affairs.

Sanford G. Henry lived and worked in the USA, Germany, Switzerland,
France and Belgium. He was educated in the US, Switzerland and
Germany and speaks English, German and French.
